Altreonic NV is a spin-off company focusing on safety and systems engineering, based on a unique yet straightforward approach. 1. Embedded software engineer
- Research and develop advanced techniques for hard real-time and distributed embedded programming
- Maintain and extend VirtuosoNext
- Porting to new hardware
- Developing board level drivers.
- Academic level (minimum is BSc/MSc or equivalent by experience).
- Solid experience in programming in C/C++ and assembly
- System thinker with sound electronic, communications or computer science engineering background.
- Experience in solving embedded systems challenges (e.g. thesis work).
- Creative and lateral thinker, interested in innovation as well as in practical results.
- Team player who can function in a multicultural environment.
- Good social and communication skills.
- Self propelled, with a proactive attitude and own initiative.
- Customer and business focused.
- Proficient in written as well as spoken technical English.
- Some experience with programming in HLL (Ada, SPARK, Phyton, ...).
- Some experience with internet programming.
- Knowledge of the application of formal methods to hybrid systems
- Developing hardware at schematic block level.
